Human Spirograph

You probably had a Spirograph at some time during your childhood. You know, the set of plastic gears with pen holes in them that made awesome geometric designs.  These always amused me, and I spent a fair number of cold winter days just "Spirographing" the day away.

Enter dancer and artist Tony Orrico.  The HUMAN Spirograph.  Tony uses his body to create Spirograph-like works of art.  How, you might ask?  Have a look for yourself...

The finished pieces are comprised of multiple mathematical, spiral-like shapes. Orrico points out, he is not trained in the finer points of the convergence of art and mathematics, but he is nevertheless drawn toward this intersection.
